Modern, clean and fresh
Established in 2020, The Captains Quarters, Woolsery is fully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxed and comfortable stay.
The open-plan living offers a fully equipped kitchen with island dining, a cosy lounge with leather sofa and a bedroom area with a king-size bed.
The shower room offers a large, luxurious shower space with a ceiling mounted, rainfall shower head and a separate hand held spray. Soft, fluffy towels are provided for each guest.
Fully equipped kitchen
It’s important to ensure that you'll have everything you need to rustle up breakfast in bed, make up a picnic for lunch or cook a dinner for two and the fully equipped kitchen should cover every eventuality. A dishwasher and washer/dryer are included as well as a full size oven, hob and fridge/freezer.
Of course, you could take a gentle stroll through the village to the local pub, The Farmers Arms for a meal, visit the local chip shop or pop into Woolsery Village Stores for inspiration.
Lounge
The first floor accommodation is accessed via a private flight of stairs, leading onto a small decked area with a gate to keep any canine visitors secure. The deck catches the late afternoon and evening sun, creating the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun set after a day spent exploring the local area.
French doors lead into the lounge area where the space is light and airy, yet offers somewhere comfortable and cosy to relax with a leather sofa and an occasional chair. There is free WIFI plus a wall mounted, Smart TV with built in DVD player and an assortment of books, games and jigsaws available for rainy days.
Bedroom
The bedroom of The Captain's Quarters, Woolsery is a little oasis of calm - the perfect setting for a restful night's sleep.
The king size bed has a hand tufted, pillow top sprung mattress with anti allergenic fabric cover for the ultimate sleep experience. The synthetic, non allergenic duvet and pillows are plump and the quality bedding all adds to the comfort and romance of this area.
A full sized double wardrobe is tucked to the side, a dressing table, bedside unit and seated storage box give ample drawer and storage space for your stay.
This area includes a second wall mounted Smart TV with built in DVD player for the ultimate lazy days in bed.
Shower room
Adjacent to the bedroom area, the shower room offers a spacious sanctuary with a contemporary walk-in shower, heated towel rail and space to unwind.
The sloping ceiling on entry to the shower space adds to the charm of the room, along with a Velux window offering views of the edge of Woolsery and into the fields beyond.
